Welcome to the Principal's Office It is my privilege to serve as the Principal of Lois Allen. I have been at Lois Allen for many years. This is my second year as principal. Over the years I have had the great honor of helping to facilitate a healthy and effective school. I serve alongside Mrs. Ann Marie Dickson, a Masterful Assistant Principal. As a kid, I feared the principal. I try to approach the job a little differently. I am a wife and a mother of two small children. I am a teacher first and foremost. I am committed to helping all children just as if they are my own children. If I wouldn't want it for my own kids I won't force it on your kids!
