The Caughlin Ranch PTA is always looking for volunteers. Read through the list of activities planned for this school year and see if you are interested in taking part in any. Fill out the Volunteer Form or contact Alicia Hoadley at caughlinpta@yahoo.com.
Accelerated Reader Program - Help run the rewards store and keep our kids reading!
Adopt-a-family - Support a needy CRES family. Collect and deliver gifts during the holidays.
Art Benefit/Auction - Help us organize our third art celebration and fundraiser.
Bingo Nights - You can help set up tables, sell tickets, organize the treats, or clean up.
Box Tops/Labels for Education - We donate our labels to Anderson Elementary School.
Caughlin Fest - This is a family fun festival held at school in October.
Caughlin Chronicles - A must read - you can help with articles, printing, etc.
CRES Spirit Clothing Sales - Sell and distribute school logo shirts to raise Colt Spirit!
Family Fun Nights - Help organize family-friendly social events at school.
Field Day Festivities - Help man games for all students for a great fitness day in the spring.
Grant Writing - Money is out there - can you help write grants for state and federal funding?
Jog-a-thon Fundraiser - This is our MAJOR fundraiser for the year for EVERYONE!
Landscape Projects - Take pride in our school and help update our curb appeal.
Library Aide - Once a week or once a month, please help keep our library up to date.
Library Book fair - One week a year, this fundraiser helps buy inventory for our library.
Membership Directory - Get to know your neighbors!
Merchant Partners - FREE MONEY! Help coordinate donations from multiple stores.
Pennies for Art - One week a year, we collect coins to help fund class art supplies.
Parent Information Packets (PIP) - On Thursdays we organize weekly information.
Play Ground Duty - Help supervise the kids on the playground during recess.
Pumpkin Decorating Contest - We need fun judges and organizers.
Read and Succeed Program - Be a reading tutor for one hour, one or two times a week.
Recycle Drives - From bags to lids, let’s save the planet and make some money!
Science Fair - We need help organizing, promoting, and judging entries.
Sixth Grade Graduation - Fundraise, organize, and support our "seniors".
Spectra Art Program - This excellent program needs in-class support and docents.
Spelling Bee - Help develop this new program for our school.
Teacher Appreciation Luncheon - One day in May, treat the teachers with lunch.
Technology Development - From digital cameras to going wireless - we need help!
Traffic Safety Monitors - Keep our students safe! Help during drop off/pick up.
Used Coat Drive - Help collect coats and transport them to Glenn Duncan Elementary.
VIP Breakfast - Kids bring their supporter to school in November. Cook, serve or clean up.
Website Development - Have web experience? PLEASE help us update our site!
Yearbook - You can submit photos or help organize yearbook printing and distribution.
