Procedures Manual
The Student Accounting Procedures Manual is a living document subject to ongoing revision and updates. School sites will be notified of these revisions. Consequently, it is important that each site refer to this manual often to remain up-to-date on the latest procedure. When updates arrive electronically at the school site, it is important that staff members who may use these updates at the school site are notified with an electronic or paper copy of the revision.
We hope the Procedures Manual will provide you with the information you need to assist you in the day-to-day operation of your site. Student Accounting has tried to ensure that the procedures are clear and complete and contain all the information you may need, including, in most cases, the forms. However, should you need additional assistance, please call the appropriate contact person.
We anticipate that in addition to serving as a resource to your staff that the Procedures Manual will become an important part of your site's new hire orientation process. For this reason, we encourage sites to familiarize their staff with the areas of the Procedures Manual that pertain to them.
