Washoe County School District (WCSD)Purchasing Department maintains supplier registrations (click link ONLINE SUPPLIER REGISTRATION). When a solicitation is posted, WCSD notifies suppliers on record for that commodity. We do, however, delete a supplier's registration when we have two "no responses" to solicitation postcards. Bid documents can also be accessed by any of the following methods:
- To order a copy of the RFB/RFQ/RFP on DemandStar go to: http://www.demandstar.com. Go to "View Bid Opportunities" and then "Subscribe" or "Create Profile." If you have any questions regarding the DemandStar process, call 1-800-711-1712.
- Email the Purchasing Department at purchasing@washoeschools.net with the RFB/RFQ/RFP number and your contact information.
- Call (775) 850-8025 or fax (775) 857-3175 with the RFB/RFQ/RFP number to indicate your interest in obtaining a copy.
- Pick up RFB/RFQ/RFP at 14101 Old Virginia Road, Reno, NV 89521 in the Purchasing Department. Directions: From 395 South, take the Damonte Ranch Parkway exit. Turn right (west) onto Damonte Ranch Parkway. Turn left (south) onto Old Virginia Road at the first traffic light. Follow Old Virginia Road until it ends. The Brown Center is the red brick building on the right hand side.
