Please note that for all applications it may take three weeks to complete a volunteer background check. Please consider this timing when planning to volunteer or attend a field trip. For overnight field trips requiring fingerprinting, it may take six to eight weeks to have fingerprinting results returned.
- Adult School Volunteer Application - This form is for all volunteers over 18 years old (parents, grandparents, community and others). En Espanol.
- Under 18 School Volunteer Application - This form is for volunteers under the age of 18. Parental permission is required before form will be accepted.
- University of Phoenix, College Student School Volunteer Application -This form is for UOP students.
- Sierra Nevada College, College Student School Volunteer Application -This form is for SNC students.
- Truckee Meadows Community College, College Student School Volunteer Application - This form is for TMCC students.
