Student Eligibility
The Pre-K program serves children aged three to five years old.
Priorities for Enrollment
- Child lives in the neighborhood of the site they are attending
- Child is four years old by September 30th of current school year
- Child is not already enrolled in a publicly funded preschool program
- Child is an English Language Learner
- Family income qualifies under Free and Reduced Lunch guidelines
- Child is not currently eligible to attend kindergarten
Enrollment Requirements
- A birth certificate and current immunization record must be presented upon enrollment
- Proof of residency
- The child’s social security card is recommended
How to Enroll
Step one:
Place your child on our “Interest List” by calling 327-5630.
- This consists of doing an intake over the phone.
- Once your child is on the interest list, call if you have a change in address or phone number.
- We experience a high volume of calls. It may take up to 3 business days to return your call. Thank you for your patience.
Step two:
If a space becomes available for your child; a representative from our program will call you during enrollment months to give you an appointment date and time for enrollment.

- enrollment months for Traditional July/August
Step three:
After the enrollment office has confirmed placement in Pre-K for your child, you will attend a required enrollment & orientation meeting and provide the following original documents:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Shot Records
- Social Security Card (preferred)
- Proof of residency
- Proof of income
- Please note your child will not be enrolled in Pre-K until you attend the required meeting and complete the required enrollment paperwork.
