Instructional Services
The Title I program uses Federal dollars to provide assistance by funding additional support personnel, additional programs, and materials for Title I schools. The Title I program also provides professional development for classroom teachers on a variety of topics that support the core curriculum. Below are some of the other initiatives the Title I program supports:
- Strives to help students become proficient in reading and math
- Helps students meet state and district standards
- Fosters a positive attitude towards learning
- Instills life-long learning skills
- Pre-schools programs
- ELL programs
