Responsible.&nbsp;&nbsp; Safe.</h1> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It is these three words that Dodson students live by when they here at school.&nbsp;&nbsp;When a student is&nbsp;caught doing good things and following these new expectations, they may be awarded a Grizzly Great.&nbsp; They turn this into the office and different times throughout the year one of them will be drawn and that student will receive a little something special from Mr. McHenry.&nbsp;&nbsp;If a student is&nbsp;caught not following these expectations, they may receive a Grizzly Growl.&nbsp; This lets the student know in a less threatening way that they need to work on their behavior.&nbsp; Please note: a Grizzly Growl is NOT a citation, it is a warning to the student.&nbsp; The teachers are giving out a ratio of 4:1 Grizzly Greats to&nbsp;Growls.&nbsp; So far we have noticed as a staff that the halls are much quieter and orderly, the children are using their manners more and an overall effort to make Dodson the best it can be is being noticed.&nbsp; <font color="#000000">Please do not allow your child to come to school wearing &quot;Heelies.&quot;&nbsp; These are dangerous to wear&nbsp;in a school environment.&nbsp; If your child is caught wearing them they will be asked to take out the wheels and give them to their classroom teacher.&nbsp;&nbsp;The parent or guardian is then responsible for coming to school and picking them up.&nbsp;
