Nursing Manager/Administrator, Student Health Services

The Washoe County School District Student Health Services Department is currently accepting applications for a full time Nurse Manager position.

Minimum Requirements:

BSN with Nursing or Health-Related Master’s required
Administrative experience preferred
3 years of school nursing experience preferred
Current Nevada Department of Education School Nurse certification OR current Provisional Nevada Department of Education School Nurse certification required.

General Description:

· July 1, 2011 start date

· Administrative salary schedule

· Full time year-round contract with benefits

· Oversees school health office operations district-wide

· Recruits, supervises, and evaluates classified nursing staff

· Develops and implements department training and orientation programs
