Galena Alumni -

Want to stop by to visit your former teachers and see how the Galena High School campus has

changed and grown? We'd love to see you and hear about all your life experiences. You are

welcome to visit your old campus after 2:30 any day, and you may even be invited during the

school hours to serve as a guest speaker.

If you are invited on campus or just plan on dropping by after school, there are district and school

policies in place to keep our campus safe that you need to be aware of and follow in order to make

your visit a positive experience.

First, please check the school website to track down staff members you would like to visit. If you

find a former teacher or coach who is still on staff at Galena, please contact him/her directly either

by e-mail or phone (extensions and e-mail addresses are available on our website). Then please

make arrangements with the teacher(s) to confirm the date (and approximate time) of your visit

to ensure the teacher is here and available. The teacher then can contact our office and have a

"Visitors Pass" waiting for you there. If you are contacted to be a guest speaker, you will simply

stop by the main office when you check in and get a visitor's pass.

Remember, making arrangements in advance, entering our building through the front door,

checking in with the main office and wearing your visitor pass are all necessary steps when

you visit Galena High School to ensure the safety of our students.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our front office staff; they would be happy

to assist you.

We hope life is treating you well.

Sincerely,

Mr. Brown

Principal
