Family-School Partnerships
The Department of Family-School Partnerships works to build the capacity of schools to engage every family in their child's achievement and build the capacity of every family to navigate the educational system and academically support their children to graduate from high school college and highly skilled career ready. 
We support the following programs and initiatives:
- WCSD Parent University
- Infinite Campus Parent Portal Outreach and Support for Families
- Home Visits in partnership with the WCSD Title I Office
- WCSD Parent Involvement Council
- Family Friendly School Walk-throughs
- School-site Parent Involvement Facilitators in partnership with the WCSD Title I Office
- WCSD Climate Survey for Families
- WCSD School Improvement Rubric for Family Engagement
- Cultural Competency Professional Development for school administrators and staff in collaboration with the Diversity & Equity Department and the Office of Academics
