S.H.A.R.E. PERMISSION SLIPS
Washoe County School District Grades 4th - 9th
NRS 389.065 requires written parental approval (no phone calls) for your child to participate in the S.H.A.R.E. program. You may opt to have your child participate in the entire program. Or, you may prefer your child not participate in any part of the program.
If you choose not to have your child participate in the S.H.A.R.E. program, he/she will not be penalized. They will be given a meaningful assignment by thier regular teacher pertaining to daily school lessons and will be moved into another classroom.
