How To Become A Registered Supplier With Washoe County School District

Suppliers are requested to register with Washoe County School District in order to receive solicitations to bid from the Purchasing Department.

Supplier Registration Form and Commodity Class Directory are both provided on this website for your convenience below.

1. Fill out the Supplier Registration Form in as much detail as possible.
2. Remember to add the commodity codes because we enter your name and address into our database using the commodity codes you submit on the application. When Washoe County School District issues a bid with those commodity codes, your name and address will print on a mailing label. We will then send you a notification of bid opportunity.
3. Hit the "submit" button at the bottom of the form.

It is the responsibility of the supplier to notify Washoe County School District of any changes on the Supplier Registration Form such as: Name, address, telephone/fax number, e-mail and/or website address, additions and/or deletions of goods and services listed on the submitted Supplier Registration Form.
