The Raider Mentor Program (RMP) is designed to assist incoming and current freshmen with social and academic success. Upperclassmen apply and are specially chosen to be mentors for 9th grade students. Mentors design, learn, and present lessons that apply to Reed's three goals: responsibility, respect, and success.
