What are the rewards or benefits of being an administrator?

Whenever I am attending an athletic event or a student musical performance, I am usually asked which athlete or performer is mine. My standard answer is "all of them" for I feel that each student is a part of my family and hopefully I have helped to shape their life in a positive way. It is exciting for me to see them enter high school as a freshman and transform four years later into young adults who have the world before them. I take pride as a principal to see creative teachers become creative instructional leader of a high school and shape the lives of their students.

What are the goals you wish to accomplish as an administrator?

To see each students graduate and succeed in life.
