What are the rewards or benefits of being a teacher? There are many rewards by being a teacher. I love working with high school students by helping them learn about the Spanish language and culture. Many of my former students have gone on to travel to, and even live in, Spanish-speaking countries. I have taken my students all over the world as well. I have taken some of my students to Mexico, Peru, and Spain.
What are the goals you wish to accomplish as a teacher? I hope my students will want to continue studying Spanish. My ultimate goal is that they develop a love and appreciation of the Latino/Hispanic culture. I hope that my students will understand the importance of knowing Spanish and continue to use Spanish in the future outside of the classroom. |
