Robert Sidford

21st Century Learning Coordinator





Robert joined WCSD in 2012, previously having worked in the fields of education, public relations, emergency services, administration, and governance. Born and raised in Australia, he has lived in Nevada since 1996. Robert is a certified School Administrator and Elementary teacher with endorsements in Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, and Computer Applications. He is a graduate of Utah State University (M.A. History, B.S. Education) and Southern Utah University (B.S. History), and is presently completing his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership / Educational Technology at the University of Phoenix.

Terra Graves

Program Specialist




Terra has been an educator in WCSD since 1993 and a Program Specialist since 2011.   She has lived in Nevada since 1972, graduate of McQueen HS, University of Nevada (BS), University of Phoenix (MAED, C&I), and holds her School Administrator crediential.

Tina Holland

Program Specialist




Tina Holland has worked for WCSD since 1997 and has been a Program Specialist since 2012.  She graduated from UNR with distinction in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education. In 2008, Tina earned her Masters Degree in Education specializing in Curriculum Instruction Technology.

Misha Miller

Program Specialist





Misha has been an educator in WCSD since 1998.  She joined the 21st Century Learning Division as a program specialist in November 2012.  She grew up in Nevada, graduated from Sparks HS, University of Nevada and Sierra Nevada College.

Sara Stewart

Ed Tech Specialist

Striving Readers




Sara is new to WCSD, having worked for Clark County School District for the past 13 years.  She started as a classroom teacher, tech coach, and eventually moved to district level positions in CCSD where she worked in both instructional technology and online professional development.  She is a native Nevadan, raised in Elko, and attended UNLV for both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees.  She holds a M.Ed in C & I with a concentration in Technology Integration. She loves sharing her passion for online learning and educational technology with other professionals.

Michon Boucher

21st Century Learning Coach




Michon is a Reno native and attended Washoe County Schools. She received her elementary and special education degrees from the University of Nevada, and recently finished a Masters degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University. Michon has been an educator in Washoe County since 1988. Michon joined the 21st Century Learning Division in 2013 as an instructional coach for the TIF 4 schools.

Shari Dunn

21st Century Learning Coach




Shari Dunn has been an educator in WCSD since 1991, working in grades 1-8th, primarily in multi-age classrooms. She is a 5th generation Nevadan, graduate of Reno High School, University of Nevada, Reno, earning her BS in Elementary and Special Education and her M.Ed. in Literacy Studies. She also holds an ESL and Administration endorsement, Reading Specialist credential, and a coaching certificate.

Mark Skoff

21st Century Learning Coach




Mark has been an educator with WCSD since 1994. He originally is from Milwaukee, WI, but now has made Reno his permanent home. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota in 1994. In 2000, Mark earned his Master’s Degree in Education specializing in Creative Arts from Lesley College. He joined the 21st Century Learning Division as an Instructional Coach for the TIF4 Grant schools in July 2013. Throughout his career, Mark’s continued passion is to integrate technology in the classroom to prepare students for the 21st Century workplace.

Doug Taylor

21st Century Learning Coach



Doug has worked with the Washoe County School District since 1996 as a Computer Assistant, Elementary School Teacher, School Improvement Coordinator, Science Coordinator, and Instructional Coach. He is a native Nevadan with a B.A. from UNR and is currently pursuing an administration endorsement with the University of Phoenix.
