ELL Proficiency Codes
ELL Proficiency Codes on Infinite Campus (IC)
The following codes are used to denote the proficiency level of students entering the WCSD as well as those students who are already enrolled.
ELL Codes
- A – Beginner
- B – Emergent
- C – Intermediate
- D – Advanced Intermediate
- 1- English only
- 2- Fluent English Proficient (tested and did not qualify for ELL)
- 5- Status unknown (needs initial testing)
- 6- Exited ESL-WCSD (has tested proficient on the ELPA)
- 7- Exited ESL-Out of District
