All Compliance Prize Winners have been notified via e-mail. Anyone who registered, but did not receive a grocery bag may receive one by contacting the Wellness Office.
Chair Massage Event Winners: Education Collaborative, Verdi Elementary School, Dilworth Middle School, Swope Middle School, TMCC Magnet School and Sparks High School. Congratulations! These locations had the highest percentage of employees comply with the program requirements and will be receiving a chair massage at their work location.

Bonus Prize: Chair Massage Event will be provided to the schools/locations in the following groups with the highest percentage of compliance: High School, Middle School, Elementary School, and Non-School Location
*New* Wellness ID Number Your new Wellness Id is made up of the first two letters of your first name and the first two letters of your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number. If you are the spouse of an employee, use the your name and the employee's social and then add an "S" to the end of your ID.
