Maintain Don't Gain 2011- 2012
This program is simple - try to maintain or lose weight over the Holiday Season! To register, complete the Registration Form and e-mail, fax or mail it in to the Wellness Office by Monday, November 21.

Move Into Summer 2011
Grab some friends and coworkers to team up for this month’s Move Into Summer Program! The object of the program is to earn points by being active each week. There are 3 different activity levels to choose from so you can pick the program that fits your team best!
Registration Dates: April 25 – April 29
Program Dates: May 2 – May 27
LEVELS:
Novice: Goal = 3 Points per week 15 Minutes of Activity = 1 Point
Intermediate: Goal = 4 points per week 20 Minutes of Activity = 1 Point
Advanced: Goal = 5 Points per week 30 Minutes of Activity = 1 Point

Program Rules: Log into the website to register for this program. Then do your best to maintain your weight over the Holiday season. Log back into the website January 10 - January 19 to verify you completed the program. Everyone who completes the program will receive a gift. There will also be a drawing for 20 grand prizes!
