JAMmin Minutes

JAMmin Minute is a 1-2 minute easy and fun physical activity to help get your students re-energized and help keep them alert in the classroom.  Based on a recent survey of WCSD teachers who use the Jammin minutes 68% of teachers saw better learning with their students after the JAMmin minute, 82% of teachers would recommend them to other teachers and most found they were able to be completed in 1-2 minutes and were easy to teach. Student Running Plans 

These Running Plans are great for an inexperienced runner at any age. Programs are based on level and can be used as a guide for students in k-12 who want to learn to run, want to run a race (such as a 5K or a Kids Fun Run), or need motivation to be active. Teachers are encouraged to use these programs to start running programs at their schools or to give as handouts for students to take home and try with their families and friends.
