Key messages are essential tools in all community engagement work. You have a point to make—whether to educate, discuss, promote or advocate. Within every form of communication, key messages are the messages you want your audience to remember and react to.
This section will grow and develop over time as issues come to the fore. Use the information to help you prepare to talk to the media, a constituent or a member of the public.
