If your student is new to the Washoe County School District we will need proof of residency, certified birth certificate, immunization record, previous school name and address and a registration packet completed at the time of enrollment.
For students that are new to Jerry Whitehead E. S. and currently enrolled in another Washoe County School we will need Proof of Residency and parents will be asked to complete a registration packet at the time of enrollment.
